Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from NN Collection. If something is not quite right, whether it is the size, the colour or simply not what you pictured, we are happy to exchange it for something you will enjoy.

Our Easy Exchange Promise

Instead of a refund, we offer a simple exchange so you can find the perfect fit or style. You can swap your item for:

• A different size of the same product
• A different colour of the same product
• Any other product from our collection of the same value. If you choose something priced higher, you simply pay the difference.

When You Can Request an Exchange

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item should be unused, in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and tags.
• Footwear should be tried on a clean, indoor surface so it stays in perfect condition.

How to Exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a quick photo of the item.
2. Tell us what you would like instead, such as a new size, colour or a different product, and we will confirm availability.
3. Send the item back and we will arrange your exchange as soon as it reaches us.
4. Receive your new piece and enjoy it.

Good to Know

• Each order can be exchanged once.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your preferred option is unavailable, we will help you choose something else you love.
• Any delivery charges for the exchange will be confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we proceed.
• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please message us within 48 hours and we will replace it for you at no extra cost.
